This 1920s 3 bedroom Semi-detached property was in need of modification, we transformed the space into a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom property with a two storey side extension replicating the existing apex design of the house creating a symmetrical appearance to the front elevation. The brief was to create a modern family home suitable for an expanding family, an open plan living area was created without taking any garden space away at the rear and to allow for larger bedrooms throughout, the property incorporated two bedrooms within the loft space.
