Cube was established in 2009 by Phil Ryan, Originally based in Timperley, Cube moved to Urmston in 2012 before moving back to Timperley in 2018 where the practice is currently based. After completing a degree in Construction & Property Management at Salford University Phil went on to study Architecture at Liverpool University where he achieved BA(hons)Arch.

After working for an Architect practice in Cheshire that involved projects in both the residential and leisure sector Phil decided to set up a small Architectural design practice that would specialise in residential architecture and one that would provide clients with a professional and personal service in architectural design from Home extensions, Alterations, Loft Conversion to New Build bespoke homes.

Today we continue to develop relationships and place this at the heart of our ability to respond to and challenge a client’s brief in order to design and deliver schemes of quality, innovation, and intelligence.

Since being established in 2008 we have built up a portifolio of enchancing existing properties and designing bespoke homes to work for their client’s needs, the approach that we take to your project enables you to get the space you’ve always wanted, we place great emphasis on clear communication throughout all stages of a project as this helps keep within budget and timescale.

We know Building a new property or Extending your existing home can be a costly exercise that’s why we not only provide a full service to your project from Initial design sketch to full working drawings through to project management and handover, but we also provide a pay as you go scheme so we can be involved as little as you want, Whether you just need us for one stage of the development like Building Regulations or some outline Planning documents we will be able to help.

In 2011 we became an LABC partner with Trafford Council and in 2015 we became Accredited Planning agents with Trafford Council
